These are great to have in the freezer, pop them in the oven and enjoy! When my kids were little they loved to have them for lunch.
Combine all ingredients except pizza sauce, bread and Parmesan in skillet. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until Velveeta melts. Spread approximately 2 Tablespoons of the mixture on each piece of bread. Top with pizza sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Freeze in a single layer, storing in freezer bags once they are completely frozen. When ready to serve bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Don’t thaw before baking.
