Made with a delicious marinara sauce, this cheesy pizza dip is sure to please!
Pour the marinara sauce into a medium sauce pan. Heat through over medium-low heat.
While that is heating, chop up the pepperoni into bite size pieces.
Transfer the marinara sauce into an oven safe pie plate.
Place spoonfuls of ricotta cheese around the pie plate.
Top with pepperoni and then with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Top with torn basil upon removing from the oven.
Cut the baguette into thin slices. Lay flat on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until crispy. As soon as it comes out of the oven, rub one side of the bread with a cut clove of garlic.
