Pico de gallo is like summer in a bowl! Fresh tomatoes, mild heat from jalapeños, onions, and tons of fresh cilantro, plus a surprise ingredient.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving, to allow flavors to blend. Serve with tortilla chips, over eggs at breakfast, or just eat with a spoon. Enjoy!
