Two ingredients yield a tasty appetizer!
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl and stir with a spoon to soften a bit. Gradually add pickle juice until desired consistency is reached. You may not need the entire amount. Add grated pickles and stir. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to develop.

Love this since I am always looking to avoid MSG and other additives that prepared dip has in it. I’ll serve it at a party this weekend but wanted to make a small amount to test it out beforehand. Thank you for posting it.
