Fresh-out-of-the-garden pico de gallo.
Most of the prep time is simply chopping all of the vegetables. Very small dice is best.
Chop and mix all ingredients together. Amounts can vary by taste, and if you want a great salsa the next day, double or triple everything. It will break down while in the fridge overnight.
We like this by itself on chips. It is great over grilled fish or chicken.
