Pate For The Masses
Allow Braunschweiger and cream cheese to soften at room temperature and then mix together well. (I found clean hands to work best for this)
Using a pastry bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off, pipe the mixture into the puff pastry cups. Garnish with chives.
Can be made up to 2 days prior to use and stored covered in the refrigerator.

Very good appetizer idea! I added a little bit of Goudens Spicy Brown Mustard to the mix…totally sends it over the top!
