This cheeseball is a holiday staple at our house. It’s always popular!
Bring cream cheese to room temperature (soft)
Combine cream cheese, cheddar, Monterrey jack, ranch dip, green chilies and garlic salt in a bowl.
Place wax paper on counter and spread chopped nuts on it.
Roll bowl mixture into a ball and roll in the nuts to cover the outside.
Place ball on wax paper in the freezer for 15 minutes until firm.
Serve with crackers

I made this for a party last month and my mom is still talking about it. I left out the green chilis and it was great. Will try it with them next time.
