This cheese ball is very gourmet, since it contains blue cheese and pecans. Perfect appetizer for those dear guests or ideal for big parties!
Mix all the ingredients with half of the parsley. Form into a ball or small log. Wrap tightly with plastic.
Chill for about 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Roll in remaining parsley.
Serve on a white plate with sprinkled parsley and crackers. Enjoy!
