These simple crostini are a perfect appetizer or even dessert. The cheese perfectly sets off the pear’s sweetness.
Slice baguette thinly, place on a baking sheet. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with melted butter. Toast in your oven, set to a low broil. As soon as the tops are beginning to turn golden brown, remove the pan from the oven. Flip the slices over. Top each with a slice of cheese and a slice of pear. Return to the oven and cook until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.

I love brie with honey, so I might sub the brie for the Muenster, or try both!
