These are delicious and simple appetizers/snacks. The spread can be made ahead of time until you are ready to spread it on the bread to heat them.
Combine meats and cheese. Spread on rye bread slices and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF until bubbly on top.

I had a elderly next door neighbor that called this recipe Polish Mistakes. The recipe he gave me is almost the same, except he added chopped onions and instructed me to freeze them individually (assembled) and heat them in the oven the when my guests were due to arrive (LOL). They are super yummy, great for lunch with salad. Thanks for the reminder!
