Description

Crispy on the outside, cheezy gooey on the inside.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Milk
  • ¼ cups Butter Or Margarine
  • ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ¾ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

• Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Foil or lightly grease a baking sheet.

• Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the milk and bring to a boil.

• Quickly stir in the flour to make a ball, and take it off the heat.

• Beat in the eggs until the mixture is smooth.

• Now add the cheese.

• Drop rounded teaspoons of the dough on the baking sheet.

• Bake for 10-15 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.
