A quick and easy party pleaser.
Coat the bottom of an oven safe or microwave safe dish with 3/4 cup of sauce. Sprinkle 1/4 of the oregano and red pepper flakes over the sauce.
Combine the sour cream and cream cheese until well mixed. Layer this mixture over the sauce.
Roughly chop your pepperoni and sprinkle 3/4 of it over the cream cheese/sour cream mixture.
Mix remaining oregano and red pepper into the remaining sauce and layer this over the top of everything. Top with shredded mozzarella and remaining pepperoni.
Microwave for 10 minutes or bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
