Brie stuffed with brown sugar and cranberries, wrapped in fluffy crescent rolls!
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Carefully slice the skin off the brie.
Open the tube of crescent rolls. Unroll crescent rolls onto a baking sheet and press together the edges to create a rectangle. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar in the middle of the crescent rolls. Layer the brie on top of the sugar.
Top the brie with remaining sugar and dried cranberries. Fold crescent rolls around the top of the brie to totally encase the cheese. Cut off extra dough as needed.
Cook in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with crackers.
