I love to make healthy, natural snacks for my family to munch on. The consistency of this granola is amazing—crunchy but not hard like a lot of store bought granola.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a medium baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix oatmeal, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and salt together in a medium bowl. Add oil and maple syrup and stir until completely mixed. Spread mixture in an even layer in pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Crumble and enjoy!
