Healthy, easy, no bake, vegan-friendly, chocolate oat bar. I always make sure to grab one before hitting the gym!
Melt the dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, and milk together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring and checking. Add the oats and honey. Stir to combine. (If the mixture is not dry enough, add more oats 1 tablespoon at a time). Press mixture into 3 bars, fold them onto freezer or parchment paper, and place in the refrigerator or freezer for 15 minutes, or until bars have solidified.
