Description

These no-bake chocolate protein balls are the perfect snack to help you deal with sweet cravings. They’re packed with protein, they’re gluten-free, they take no longer than 10 minutes to make, and they taste amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Pitted Dates
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted And Unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Almond Meal
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut

Preparation

Put dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, almond meal, almond milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a food processor. Process for 1–2 minutes until all of the ingredients have combined nicely.

Grab about ½ tablespoon of the blended mixture, then roll into a smooth ball. Continue to do the same with the rest of the mixture.

Put shredded coconut in a bowl. Roll protein balls in the coconut until they have a nice coating that sticks to the balls. You may have to push and squish the shredded coconut into the protein balls.

Serve or store away and enjoy.
