Serve these to your family and friends and watch them quickly disappear.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. You will need 2 nonstick or greased baking sheet pans.
Open cans of biscuits on a clean work surface and cut each in quarters.
In a microwave safe bowl, add butter and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted. Dunk several mini biscuits quarters (I use a slotted spoon) and into the melted butter, let excess butter drip, then transfer to sheet pans in a single layer. Immediately sprinkle with bacon bits. Repeat with remaining biscuit pieces.
Place in the oven and bake 8 minutes, but start checking at the 6-minute mark. Remove from oven when cooked. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, transfer to a serving platter, and enjoy!
