Made with non-fat plain yogurt, this raita-tzatziki fusion has a super thick and creamy consistency, has fantastic flavor, and packs in protein and calcium. It’s definitely okay to get addicted to this stuff!
Place yogurt in a fine-mesh sieve or a colander lined with several layers of cheesecloth. Let drain for one hour, refrigerated. Then mix all ingredients together and chill for one hour (to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
