I make these appetizers with turkey breast wrapped artichokes, but you can omit the meat for your veggie friends! These appetizers are full of healthy fat from the olives and the small amount of cheese.
1. Spear the cheese. Make sure the cubes aren’t so small that they crack. It is better to make them a little bigger than too small.
2. Spear the tomato.
3. Spear a basil leaf.
4. Spear the olive through the hole.
5. Plate on a pretty dish. Keep refrigerated until serving.
