An easy appetizer that’s packed with flavor and great for holiday gatherings.
Add the potatoes to a pot of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until they can be pierced with the tip of a knife. While they’re cooking, make the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, milk, sun-dried tomato and basil spread, and savory garlic spread. When the potatoes are cooked, drain well and add them to the dressing while they’re still warm so that they absorb the flavors. Toss in the basil before serving either warm or at room temperature.
