My grandmother made this dip and gave me the recipe. It is delicious and people love it. They ask me to bring it to every potluck.
Drain artichoke hearts. Set aside until cream cheese and all other ingredients are mixed together. I use an electric mixer for this. Once all ingredients are well mixed, mix in artichoke heats.
Place mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 350 F.
