Nice for appetizers or on an antipasto platter.
Cut cheese into desired sizes.
Place the first 11 ingredients (oil through red pepper flakes) into a shaker to combine. Pour the liquid over the cheeses, cover tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hours, but best if at least overnight.
Arrange on serving tray with all the liquids.
Serve with cubed bread to soak up the marinade.
