A sweet and fresh accompaniment to salty tortilla chips, or served on top of grilled fish or chicken!
In a large bowl, combine the beans, mango, onion and cilantro. In another bowl, combine the remanning ingredients except for the avocado. Whisk to combine and pour over the mango mixture.
If preparing ahead of time, chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and at this time add the diced avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
