Nachos piled high with BBQ rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, onion, olives and tons more!
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Spread half of the tortilla chips on the baking sheet. Combine the chicken with desired amount of BBQ sauce. Cover chips with half of the toppings: cheese, scallions, red onion, BBQ chicken, tomato, jalapeno and black olives.
Then layer on the remaining tortilla chips and spread the remaining toppings over the top. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is thoroughly melted.
Serve with your favorite sides. I recommend sour cream, salsa and/or guacamole.
