Loaded Baked Potato “Crack” Dip. Simple, quick and a crowd-pleaser!
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Hollow out bread bowl leaving about an inch of bread around the edges. (Save the bread pieces for dipping.) Place bread on a baking tray.
3. In a bowl (or stand mixer) using an electric mixer, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon bits until well combined.
4. Transfer mixture into the hollowed out bread bowl and sprinkle a little cheese on the top of dip.
5. Place dip in oven for 10 – 15 minutes until bread is just golden and cheese is melted on top. Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn the bread.
6. Cut remaining bread that was removed from bread bowl into pieces for dipping.
7. Serve warm with bread and/or chips.
