Sometimes, less is more. This is fairly hot depending on the peppers. I warn you, it is pretty addictive.
Wash jalapenos; cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds and top. Cut into large chunks. Add to the food processor with the tomatoes and juice. Process for around 10 seconds the first time, and a few seconds the next time if the tomatoes are not completely broken down. Add the cilantro and pulse once more for a few seconds. Pour into a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. This keeps for a few days in the refrigerator.
Note: if you are using a small processor, you might have to do this in two steps. First process the peppers with half the tomatoes and cilantro. Pour into a bowl, then process the rest of the tomatoes and stir them into the salsa.
