Lemon Plum Salsa

Description
Lemon plums are found in the fruit section and have a tangy plum taste. I added a bit more hot pepper than I normally do and it offset the sweetness. 
Ingredients
- 1 whole Yellow Onion Roughly Chopped
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Roughly Chopped
- ¼ whole Cucumber, Halved And Seeds/water Scraped Out
- 1 whole Serrano Pepper, Halved And Seeds Removed
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Halved, Seeds Removed
- 1 bunch Cilantro (i Used A Handful, Of Course This Is To Taste)
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 whole Lemon Plum, Core Removed And Chopped
- 2 pints Grape Tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
Preparation
Throw everything in the food processor and process until desired consistency. Yum!
