This is a great and unique dip to serve for your next get together. It’s also a great reason to consume more veggies (slathered in dip of course). The flavor is amazing, bright, salty, spicy and with a hint of mint at the end of the bite.
In the bowl of a food processor or the jar of a blender, puree all of the ingredients together until well combined.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve with hot pita bread or sliced raw vegetables.

There is a greek restaurant my sis and I discovered and they have this delicious dip called the “Feisty Feta”. I’m sooo excited to try this recipe this weekend because these ingredients are exactly it, minus the mint. I can’t wait to try. Thanks for the recipe!
