Description

Beat the heat with this colorful, refreshing salsa. Sweet, crunchy, juicy and delish!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Ripe Mango, Peeled And Diced
  • 4 whole Kiwi, Peeled And Diced
  • ½ cups English Cucumber, Diced, Or Regular Cucumber, Peeled And Diced
  • ½ whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced
  • ½ whole Vidalia Onion, Diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Diced
  • ½ cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • 3 whole Limes - Juice From
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt (or To Taste)

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt, taste, and add more if desired.

Serve immediately, or cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to one day.

Delightful served with salty tortilla chips or baked cinnamon sugar tortilla chips or won ton crisps.
