These easy low carb and keto deviled eggs are my families recipe that we have been making for years. We use dill pickle relish for extra zing, and then smoked paprika for that smoky flavor.
Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk into a small bowl, reserving the whites.
To the yolks, add pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika. Combine ingredients with a fork until mixture is smooth.
Spoon mixture into a sandwich resealable bag, pushing the mixture down to one corner. Cut the corner with scissors and pipe the mixture into each egg white.
Garnish with dashes of smoked paprika and sea salt flakes if desired.
Note: I like to use my Instant Pot to hard cook the eggs.
Nutrition for 2 egg halves: 102 calories, 8g fat, 0g carbs, 6g protein
