Only three ingredients in this delicious and light Mexican appetizer.
Peel the jicama and cut it into half inch pieces and put it into a small bowl.
Squeeze one lime into a margarita glass and swirl the juice around until it coats the glass. Pour the extra juice from the glass over the jicama sticks. Coat the inside of the glass with chile lime salt. Pile up the jicama in the glass and top off with more lime juice.
