Sweet, salty, stuffed jalapenos.
Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds and membrane.
Mix cream cheese, grated cheddar and seasoned salt. In separate bowl, mix brown sugar and chili powder.
Fill each pepper half with cream cheese mixture (don’t overfill as it will only bake out and be messy). Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each stuffed pepper with 1/2 slice of bacon, trying to place bacon end on the bottom side. Press the top of finished pepper in brown sugar mixture and place sugar side up on baking sheet.
Bake at 325ºF for 20–30 minutes, or as desired. These can also be frozen before baking.
