Description

An easy way to make a delicious and naturally gluten-free healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Whole, Raw Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread out the almonds in two 9 x 13 inch baking dishes. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, until a nutty aroma wafts out of the oven. Remove almonds from oven and cool for 20 minutes. Toss with olive oil and salt. Serve!

Great Elena. I too have been roasting my own nuts – they are a terific snack anytime of day and almonds are particulary healtful. I’m looking forward to talking to you more. I’m just getting into this gluten free, natural sugar thing. Thanks for the recipes.
