This dip is so simple, and is sure to be a crowd pleaser! If you share, make sure you’re ready to write out the recipe, or buy a copier! I’ve spent the last 3 years trying to find the same dish my friend used to make this in in order to somehow relive the exact experience all over again for the first time. It’s that good.
Toast almonds until brown, set aside.
Cream together cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl.
Add grated Swiss cheese, toasted almonds and chopped scallions.
Spread in small baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with chunks of torn up baguette. Delish. Don’t forget your recipe cards.
