This is a hot cheese appetizer that is to-die-for! It is easily doubled to serve more people.
Thaw onions. Roll them in paper towels to remove excess moisture. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Stir together onions, cream cheese (it’s easier if it’s softened), Parmesan, and mayonnaise until well combined. Transfer to a shallow 2- quart souffle dish. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown (if you don’t dry the onions, it will take longer to bake). Serve with corn chips, assorted crackers, or my personal favorite, toasted french bread.
