These little appetizers are from a family friend. I”borrowed” the recipe from her and they’re perfect for any lunch or supper as well as for parties and casual events. My family absolutely loves them!
Prepare a pan for sandwiches by spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
Mix together the melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Brush a light coating in the bottom of the pan and then set the remainder aside.
Prepare sandwiches. Slice rolls in half, add sliced ham and 2 (quartered) pieces of cheese on the bottom half of each roll. Put the top of the roll on and brush tops with the mustard sauce. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 5 minutes. (Baking time might vary depending on different ovens.)
