This easy-to-make restaurant style salsa is made with fresh (not canned) ingredients. Make it milder by deseeding the peppers!
Hull the stem off tomatoes and remove stems from chiles. Chop tomatoes and chilis into quarters. Add to a food processor the tomatoes, chile, minced garlic and cilantro. Purée. Add desired amount of lime juice and salt. Mix well and serve. The salsa will have small chunks in it. It doesn’t need to be smooth. Serve with tortilla chips!
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Makes about 2 cups.

Thx! Kids woke me up this morning to tell me we were out. Time to pull out the processor now that I’ve spent a good bit of my time wrastling up a brood of loose horses running a muck down my road!
