This dip is great for dipping pita chips or bread in. The gorgonzola cheese adds a little extra something!
1. Turn oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix together mayonnaise and cheeses.
3. Add chopped onion and artichoke hearts.
4. Spoon into a 1-quart casserole dish.
5. Heat for 25 minutes.
6. Serve with baked pita chips or torn pieces of fresh bread.
