Description

Great snack for munching on movie night!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Pure Honey
  • 16 ounces, weight Dry-roasted, Unsalted Peanuts
  • 12 ounces, weight Bagged Oyster Crackers (small)
  • 3 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce, Or More To Taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF.

In a bowl, add honey and peanuts and stir well to coat. Spread them out on a large parchment-lined large baking sheet pan in a single layer. In another bowl, add crackers and Sriracha and gently stir with a spatula. Add this to the sheet pan and gently mix (I use clean hands) peanuts and crackers together.

Bake 20–25 minutes (I check after 15 minutes and gently mix while baking). Once lightly toasted, remove from oven and allow to cool down. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
