A crunchy, savory, slightly sweet gluten-free snack mix coated with a sesame and honey sauce.
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In a bowl, add pretzel sticks, rice crackers, puffins and peanuts; set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add sesame oil, honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. Heat in microwave for 35 seconds. Stir in sesame seeds and pour over snack mixture. Mix everything together until everything is covered with the sauce.
Pour onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 – 20 minutes, until lightly crisp. Stirring halfway through.
Take out of the oven and let cool completely. Store in a airtight container.
Makes a little over 7 cups.
