Savory-sweet honey hummus with sweetened-just-right homemade pita chips.
1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, honey and lemon juice. Mix well. Add more olive oil and/or tahini if you want to smooth out consistency even more.
2. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat the pita triangles in the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, coating well. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp.
