Crunchy and effortless!
Preheat oven to 400 F.
1. Spray tortillas with the cooking spray, coating both sides.
2. Sprinkle with seasoning of choice (salt and pepper, salt, adobo which is my favorite or whatever your heart desires.)
3. Cut tortillas into triangles (each tortilla makes 4 chips). Put the chips onto a baking tray in a single layer.
4. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until crisp. Make sure to keep your eye on them towards the end of the baking time, because they do tend to burn quickly. Remove pan from oven and set it on a cooling rack.
5. Let them cool and harden a bit then serve!
