‘Tis the season for Homemade Applesauce!
1. Peel, core, and dice apples.
2. Add all ingredients into a large pot. Stir.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Lower heat and simmer for 30–40 minutes.
5. You’ll know it’s ready when the apples begin to fall apart as you stir. Using a hand masher, break down the chunks until the applesauce is desired consistency.
6. Refrigerate until serving.
