An excellent update to tuna pate. Great on crackers, veggies, bread and by the spoon.
Makes 4 cups.
Drain and flake tuna. Combine softened cream cheese and tuna in a large bowl or in a mixer. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a mold or serving dish and refrigerate two hours or overnight. Serve in the mold or transfer to a serving plate.
Decorate with parsley garlands, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced green olives, a lemon slice and pimento (or red or green pepper) star.
