Garlic and herb cheese with prosciutto makes a wonderful spread for crackers, pita bread or on crostini.
1. Allow cream cheese and herb cheese to come to room temperature. Then place it in a large mixing bowl.
2. Chop prosciutto into small pieces and add it into the cheese. Reserve a small amount of prosciutto for presentation.
3. Add a generous amount of black pepper to the bowl and stir all of the ingredients together until well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with reserved prosciutto and fresh minced parsley if you choose.
4. Serve with fresh toasted bread, crostini, or crackers. I particularly like the herb seasoned crackers or crostini with this spread.
