Heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, fresh mozarella and crusty bread
Chop tomatoes and fresh mozzarella and add it into a medium mixing bowl.
Mince garlic and chop up a handful of basil and add to the bowl too. Mix in the olive oil, salt and pepper. Taste and add more salt if needed. Serve immediately or chill up to one hour. Serve on top of baguette slices.
