SUPER easy appetizer or main course.
Preheat oven according to crescent roll directions.
Cut asparagus in 2 inch pieces. Lightly blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Cool in an ice bath and dry well.
Cut ham and mozzarella into 2 inch x 1/2 slices.
As a main course, use 4 asparagus, 3 ham, 2 mozzarella slices rolled into each roll and baked according to directions on can.
As an appetizer, cut each roll in half and roll into each 2 asparagus, 2 ham and 1 mozzarella slice.
Roll up and bake according to directions on can.
Freshly shredded mozzarella and fresh mozzarella can be used, but string cheese is easier to roll.
