An easy snack for guys and gals that you can throw together very quickly.
Fold the tortilla in half to create a crease (to use as a guide) and unfold. Sprinkle 1 ounce of the cheese on half of the tortilla. Drizzle the spaghetti sauce over the cheese. Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly on cheese and sauce. Sprinkle the other ounce of cheese over the pepperoni. Fold the other half of the tortilla back over to cover.
Microwave on high for one minute. Slice into wedges with a pizza cutter and enjoy.
Note: the ingredients and amounts in this recipe are approximate and variable. Want to use bacon and sausage instead of pepperoni? Go for it. Want to use cheddar cheese or a blend? Knock yourself out. Want to use salsa instead of spaghetti sauce? Olé! This basic application begs and screams for variation and experimentation! Have fun with it!
