This is seriously the best guacamole recipe I have ever made. It its not too spicy, but just enough. It goes great with any taco bar. It’s full of flavor!
Cut avocados in half and remove the pit. With a spoon, remove the avocado from the skin. If your avocado is ripe enough, it will remove from the skin easily. Mash the avocado in a bowl using a fork. Smash it to the consistency that you like your guacamole.
Add the lime juice, garlic, cilantro, tomato, jalapeno, onion, salt and pepper. Mix it all together and serve.
