Serve these with different dipping sauces, and you have a great appetizer for your next get-together!
Prepare a grill or griddle pan with cooking spray. On a clean work surface, take 2 sheets of waxed paper or plastic wrap and place chicken breasts in between sheets. Pound chicken with a mallet or rolling pin until even in thickness. Add seasonings on both sides.
Cook for 6–7 minutes each side, or until juices run clear. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then cut into bite size pieces. Transfer to a serving platter.
Have your dipping sauces ready (see note below) in small ramekins and enjoy! I usually prepare sauces ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to serve. I frequently serve these at our get-togethers and it is really delicious and fun!
Note: For dipping sauce ideas, see my recipe box for Orange Jalapeño BBQ Sauce, Lime Sriracha Cream Sauce, and Orange-Rosemary Sriracha Mayo.
